kloof staat bekend om zijn <strong>dramatische kliffen<\/strong> (soms tot 300 meter hoog) en unieke rotsformaties, die in de loop der tijd door de Todgha rivier zijn uitgesleten. Maar ook de <strong>desolate landschappen, palm oases, berbertenten en pittoreske dorpjes<\/strong> met lemen huizen in de buurt zijn de moeite waard om naar dit deel van de Atlas te komen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je kan er <strong>prachtige wandelingen<\/strong> doen en ook voor <strong>klimmers en fotografen<\/strong> is het een waar paradijs. Ze ligt in de Todra-vallei dichtbij de vrij grote stad <strong>Tinghir<\/strong> en het bekende gedeelte is meer dan 15 kilometer lang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beschik je over jouw eigen auto (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sunnycars.be\/huureenauto\/?tt=21133_12_315030_Marokko-Todra-NL&amp;r=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">check hier de prijzen om een auto te huren in Marokko<\/a>), dan is het <strong>vanuit <a href=\"https:\/\/theglobalwizards.com\/nl\/wat-te-doen-in-marrakech-bezienswaardigheden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marrakech<\/a> ongeveer 6 uur rijden<\/strong>. Duizenden jaren geleden is de kloof uitgeneden door de rivier. Toen was hij nog woest, nu is het een klein stroompje geworden. <strong>Op het smalste stuk word je volledig omgeven door torenhoge kliffen<\/strong>. Prachtig om te zien! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op weg naar de kloof kom je niet zo veel verkeer en beweging tegen, maar eens je aan het smalste stuk bent is de kloof echter gevuld met kraampjes, toeristen, wandelaars, auto&#8217;s en enkele toeristenbusjes die door de kloof rijden. Allemaal over diezelfde weg, dus kijk goed uit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>TIP: <\/strong>Wil je de ergste drukte vermijden, <strong>kom dan &#8217;s morgensvroeg of tegen de vroege avond<\/strong>. Dan zijn de meeste tours en touristen verdwenen. Beginners maar vooral meer ervaren klimmers, iedereen kan hier zijn hart ophalen. De ideale manier ook om de minder toeristische kant van de Todra kloof te zien<\/strong>. Er zijn verschillende hikes die je zelf kan doen, maar onderschat ze niet. Wees goed voorbereid of kies ervoor om met een lokale gids op stap te gaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>TIP:<\/strong> Wil je graag hiken in de omgeving, hou er dan rekening mee dat het <strong>overdag heel heet kan worden<\/strong>. Neem dus voldoende water mee en vertrek bij voorkeur &#8217;s morgens vroeg of eerder in de late namiddag. We wandelden ze met onze kinderen van 11 en 12 jaar oud, dus het kan ook voor families waarvan de kinderen gewoon zijn om wat te wandelen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rij naar de parkeerplaats net voorbij de kloof. Daar zie je aan de andere kant van de weg enkele betonnen trappen. Eens je boven bent, kan je genieten van enkele <strong>prachtige vergezichten<\/strong>. En dan passeer je ook langs een <strong>sympathieke nomadenfamilie<\/strong> die je een theetje zal aanbieden. Al vragen ze het niet letterlijk, geef hen een kleine vergoeding. Eens je aan het <strong>dorpje<\/strong> komt, kan je door de aangelegde <strong>tuinen (vol irrigatiekanalen)<\/strong> weer terug wandelen door de kloof richting jouw auto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>TIP: <\/strong>Op zich is de wandeling niet moeilijk te vinden, maar daarboven lijkt alles een beetje op elkaar.
